Accessed via a secure log in, clients can post their jobs, review candidate CVs, provide feedback directly to the GR8 team, request interviews and make hiring decisions, all within a single and secure portal.

The GR8 Client Portal gives your business the control over when and which of your jobs are posted.  Once a job is posted to the portal, our team of recruitment experts are immediately notified and will review the jobs one by one, ensuring we have a thorough understanding of what you are looking for in the perfect candidate.

By running our skills match software across our extensive database of quality candidates, we select and associate the best candidate matches for the role, each of which are then reviewed for suitability by the GR8 team. The Portal will notify you when suitable candidates have been put forward for your job, so that you can simply review and leave feedback directly for the team to pick up.
